Terms and Conditions

1.1 This is an offer open to individuals who attend GAFA tradeshow 2018 in Germany, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Briggs & Stratton, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this offer. All participants must be registered on Facebook and participate at the GAFA tradeshow.

1.2 How to enter the contest: Share your picture on Facebook and using the hashtag #Briggs110. You must set your post to “public” to ensure we can find your picture.

1.3 Prize: The prize is a mini-drone. Every individual that enters the contest #Briggs110 will automatically be entered into the prize draw to win one mini-drone. Retail value: 80 Euros. It must be picked up from the Briggs & Stratton booth A-022 in Hall 6. You will need to show a valid form of photo ID to claim the prize. The verdict is unchallengeable and the jury’s decision is final. Briggs & Stratton employees and their families are not allowed to enter the challenge.

1.4 Contest Location: Briggs & Stratton booth A-22 in Hall 6.

1.5 Contest Period: The challenge takes place on Sunday September 2nd, Monday September 3rd, Tuesday September 4th. The challenge starts daily at 9am and ends at 3pm.

1.6 Winner: The winners with the best picture will be selected by a panel of judges. The winner will be announced through Facebook.

1.7 Announcement of the winner: The winners will be notified through Facebook on the same day of the challenge between 3pm and 3.15pm. If a winner does not show up at the Briggs & Stratton booth (A-22 / Hall 6) within the official trade show time, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Briggs & Stratton will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

1.8 All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Facebook terms and conditions and to these terms and conditions. Briggs & Stratton reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to aware the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

3.1 Briggs & Stratton reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, amend, or change this promotion at any time and change the conditions without incurring any liability what so ever.

3.2 In so far as permitted by law, Briggs & Stratton, its agents or distributors shall not in any circumstances be liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of Briggs & Stratton, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3.3 Briggs & Stratton shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances which are beyond its reasonable control.

3.4 Briggs & Stratton shall not be liable for any failure in communication services such as post or internet.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Germany and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the German courts.

5.1 Briggs & Stratton are a "data controller" of the personal information you provide as part of your entry into the prize draw and are responsible for deciding how your personal information is held and used.

5.2 By entering the challenge you have agreed to be sent updates regarding this challenge from Briggs & Stratton.
